      Pros

      There are incentive bonuses given quarterly. Good benefits, but they seem to like to change insurers every year.

      Cons

      They expect you to be available 24/7. I was told I would be working g 1 weekend a month and then was actually expected to be on call 24/7.

      If you like working in a large corporation where a bunch or rich, white men sit in a conference room and make all of the decisions in a vacuum, this is the place for you!

      No culture, no professional development, bad pay and benefits

      Pros

      My coworkers are very talented therapists and nurses.

      Cons

      The company only cares about the bottom line. The CEO makes 11.7 million a year and the company sucks its workers dry. There is no loyalty to workers here.
