Great orientation program, Great support. Great pay and benefits, tremendous growth opportunities! This company is committed to changing the face of Home Health by providing great support from management, work/life balance, and growth opportunities No cost to employee RN to BSN at major universities through The Guild. No cost to employees certification of your choice. Also pays $7,500 per year towards other degree programs including graduate degrees from an extensive list of online universities.

Cons

On one hand, they have a slightly higher than normal turnover of managers/ directors at the branch level; primarily due to the process of weeding out unsupportive/ineffective managers/directors. On the other hand this provides tremendous growth opportunities for those looking to move up the ladder.
