Personal Relationships with field and office staff.
Cons
They pay office staff close to pennies and wonder why their turnover rate is high and go to other agencies. Centerwell needs to stop being CHEAP and pay their employees especially if they want to keep the good ones. The clinical staff gets paid more yet the office staff does all the back-end work. I can't wait to find another job that will value me as an employee.
