The flexibility is awesome and the work itself is rewarding. Love my manager and branch.

Cons

Lack of policy, lack of direction, disorganized, patient is not always put first. Constantly battling barriers due to random “policies” that aren’t even true policies. Delayed bonus pay due to disorganization of higher ups. Zero communication.

Everything no SOPs or structure. Everyone tells you something different. Training horrible if you can call it training.
