overtime oncall was crazy after working all day managment did not care and lied

Teaching & educating, pain management, hospice philosophy, supervising, keeping families informed after every visit and especially any changes in their loved one

Cons

No communication is not appropriate, staff taking care of my patient(s) need to always communicate with me if there are changes in my patient
