Cons

Pay disperatities between clinical and non clinical office staff are too big, especially for the same position.

Pros

Working with great group of people who have each other's backs.

Cons

Zero respect for office staff. Salary based on job title and not performance. Upper management makes all the decisions and "recommendations", are dismissive and condescending.
