      Somewhat competitive pay, that's the only Pro

      Cons

      Inefficient management, high turnover of CTC position resulting in the new CTC getting always dumped on, no support from supervisors, rampant bad morale, extremely high volume of work with not enough time to do it efficiently resulting in compliance problems, gossiping about patients and clinicians and how much they hate the management, shaming bullying behavior and terrible benefits that are expensive. I can't get out of this place fast enough.

      Holy documentation, Batman!

      Pros

      Good territory, great therapy staff, good communication between disciplines, pay is excellent.

      Cons

      The documentation is overwhelming. I'm not new to homecare so it's part of the job , but this is just silly. I do not know how people with kids and family handle it. The company just switched over to kindred' benefit package for 2016---benefits are "meh".
