Great Management, Great Co-worker, Great Team work. A Great office all around. The ED makes every team player feel important and make sure to Thank them for everything that they do.

Cons

LPN's are not treat fairly. I know what I am doing and make sure to report off to the Case manager. LPN's are treated like a low level employee that is not really welcome, but is tolerate

Excellent site management, RN CM's, Chaplains, SW's, hospice aides, office staff, and medical director. Suggestions are taken seriously to better the work environment.

Cons

The health care/pharmacy benefits leave something to be desired, especially since bought out this year by larger company, Kindred, which one would think would improve the healthcare benefit options. No company vehicles and they do not reimburse mileage at the government rate (0.15 less, which has to be tracked by employee to be claimed on taxes).
