Great concept, Needs better execution

It was great getting to spend more time with the patients and really get to know them. Company benefits were great.

Cons

I felt like many of the great concepts and ideas that we were presented as a company (Humana/Centerwell) were never really fully executed. It was like the "trickle down" from the top never happened. There were also a TON of meetings that should have been emails.
