Pros

Centerra employees are terrific! Great benefits and work atmosphere. Management is fair to the employees. Definitely recommend working for this company.

Cons

Centerra does mostly government contracts and some clients can be very difficult. The situation can be co-employment, with too much interference in things that shouldn’t concern them. Our contract management teams must go along with the co-employment or we lose the contract.
