Centerra Parsons Pacific fight for our rights but they lose the bidding for the contractor at Diego Garcia British Indian Ocean Territory

they are really good with employee but they cant do everything cause they lost the contract

Pros

Always opportunities for overtime. Most of the time against your will though.

Cons

Management is terrible from the very beginning. Starting with the recruiting process all the way to the folks in charge at the site. They are purely trying to meet demand from the client and do not care about their employees- everyone is treated as disposable. If you’re looking at it thinking the money is good, well, the money is just fine, not bad but not great and the only way to make an above average salary is to work at least 12 hours of overtime a week.
