Pros

Centerra used to be great. It had a very positive, trusting atmosphere. Everyone treated each other as family.

Cons

No longer great. Centerra was purchased by Constellis. Now there is little to no communication.

Cons

Management can't organise anything. No promotion unless a friend. Completely stagnant. Blatant discrimination, smoke screens and lies. Moral is the lowest.

No real complaints strictly go by the book !!! Follow proper procedures... management from corporate stayed involved in fixing work site issues.

None really fixed so many issues that contract had with prior company
