Hourly rate and schedule and benefits. The guys I work with are all awesome.

Cons

Management is horrible. It seems like they are always trying to justify there jobs by doing random audit. Also good luck on getting over time. I was called in twice for over time and both time I came in. To avoid paying me over time the company just told me not to come in on my regularly scheduled shift. How cold hearted and greedy is that. Our union is fighting it but we will see how it goes.

Good pay. Lots of locations throughout the US and some overseas as well. Wide range of contracts and positions available.

Cons

Medical benefits are rather pricey. Management tends to microan age and rule with an iron fist. Training programs could be better. Hard to transfer between assignments and locations,.
