If you like pretending to provide security, while carrying garbage equipment that you aren't even trained on, working out in the elements, in a hostile environment, for middle of the road pay, this is the job for you! This company is a perfect example of why unions still exist. Management is toxic and goes out of their way to make working conditions as unpleasant as possible. The training is a complete joke, and there are almost no written policies. Management likes to micromanage everyone, and then belittle employees for doing what they were trained to do. The pay is average for armed security, and there are basically no benefits. The company does not pay anything towards insurance.
