Great position! Great department! Plenty of opportunity for advancement.

Cons

Outside of department senior leadership is resistant to change. They are working on it and this would not stop me from gladly working there again.

insurance, 401k, monday-friday, 7:30- 4:00pm

Cons

had to do work duties not in my job description. only get a pay raise every year of .15 to .33 a hour
