Covid pay, high dollar pay, friendly staff.

Cons

No life to work ratio you just work constantly, low staffed, don't get paid right if you work here.

Pros

Centerspace is a company that offers many opportunities for personal and employment growth. Always have the chance for one on one meetings, goal setting. They give us high and reasonable expectations with the tools to succeed. They ask for our feedback and listen to issues, problems and ways to improve.

Cons

Day to day calls from prospects, residents, vendors can be overwhelming and create undo stress. Allowing time for us to complete day to day tasks versus setting expectation that we need to be touring every hour.
