Pros

They truly value and care about their employees! Everyone genuinely enjoys coming to work and builds each other up. No negativity or drama, just constant optimism and positivity to go around! All the good vibes for Centier! The clients are also amazing! Everyday you can build trusting and lasting relationships with each person coming into the branches or through the drive through! And the community involvement is admirable with the company-they even give you a paid day to go out each year and go volunteer in your community; the servant heart culture is very heart warming.

Pros

The atmosphere is the best I've ever worked in. You don't have to be afraid to ask questions because everyone will be willing to help. They've been accommodating when I've had to take my kids to appointments.
