Thank you for the chapter of your life that you spent with us at Centier! I love our FREE health clinics - but we'd appreciate any additional feedback on how we can improve our health benefits. We also just partnered with Virgin Pulse to increase healthy habits via a fun app on our phones! I'm always up for a little friendly competition with walking challenges! We also recently introduced Individual Development Plans so that managers can work with associates to determine their future career goals and help them to achieve them. We definitely focus on ways to grow our associates! :)

The company rewards loyalty, the longer you stay the more benefits you receive. Culture and training opportunities are good. The company has a focus on education.

Cons

Management can be difficult at times and problems not addressed well. Overall my experience is positive and I do not have anymore negative feedback to add.
