Coming from someone with 24 years of banking experience, it is hard to compare Centier Bank to any other bank. I truly cannot list all of the pros because there are so many, I cannot recommend working at Centier Bank enough. In a nutshell they truly have a culture like no other. People are happy to come in to work, we are all kind to each other. We are allowed to have fun and we do. The compensation package as a whole is also top notch. Pay/Vacation/etc. and the investment in physical and mental health shows. Even once you are here - there is room to learn, grow and move up. They encourage you to find your perfect fit within the company and do not hold you back to the position you were hired in to do. There is organic growth within the bank and that speaks for itself. Additionally, the executive leadership, the president and CEO are trustworthy, caring, down to earth and dedicated to seeing the bank and all of the employees thrive.

The company's evolution is paving way new exciting career paths and opportunities for professional development. Employee well -being.Centier cares about employees ' physical ,mental,and emotional well being .they offer various programs and benefits on wellness.

Cons

The company has a long -standing legacy of over 130 years in the industry ,with well established systems and traditional ways of operating.However,there appears to be limited openess to feedback or avenues for new ideas ,best practices from other companies that new employees could share.
