The people you work with are amazing, and you have a chance to contribute to a great community. You feel motivated to do good work, because you respect those around you.

Cons

Only downside is that being a place with great customer service can be demanding.

This is truly a great company! They really care about the employees. We do banking the right way. We treat people like people, both customers and coworkers alike. Privately owned by the same family since 1895. Promotes Servant-heart leadership.

Cons

Some processes take a bit more time than larger banks. customers get used to it. I'm not a big fan of uniforms. It can be a bit stifling.
