Pros

Benefits are decent, providing access to a small gym and fitness classes on the Corporate Campus, many discounts for things like child care, etc. Some departments can be very family friendly.

Cons

Pay is low in comparison to other institutions in the area. Can be a completely different company, depending on which department you work in and who your manager is. Does not promote from within as "advertised". Managers get too much wiggle room to make own policies for what is considered procedure and "allowable" as far as time off, vacations, etc. The actual culture and values very far too much to be considered bankwide.

Pros

The management cares about their employees to the highest degree. The benefits we are given makes you feel like you are in a time warp. Christmas parties, kids parties, summer picnics, tithing and daycare match. It's insane.

Cons

The technology is very outdated and makes it hard to compete with the big banks.
