Pros
Free coffee, leniency on time off, gated parking.
Cons
Nepotism at its finest. Favoritism. Unclean work environment. Bragging about work-place violations. The Manager whose name starts with "Ang" has a tendency to hire family members to work alongside her for years and shows active favoritism when it has come to punishment and reward. The same manager is an active micromanager that will fight to try to disprove this claim despite bragging about spying on workers during her off time from security cameras and actively performs non-essential tasks such as "counting post-its and trash bags" to show power and will scold if a note or extra trash bag is used or "missing". The organization (to this day not sure if management or even the owner) has violated several work laws. To include shaving off minutes at the end of the work day to not pay out overtime The assistant manager whose name starts with "yos" is emotionally stunted, to the point where if you make a claim that there's a faulty piece of equipment, he will go into a fit of rage. Will actively ignore employees unless conversation is absolutely necessary. The only reason this person is actively employed(as of 2023) is because he is favored by the same manager mentioned above. All employees, other departments, and to include the owners only have negative things to say about "Yos." The company (to this day, not sure if due to management or the owner itself) has violated several OSHA and work laws. The use of tobacco products indoors.Exposed electrical cables. Shaving minutes off of every day to avoid paying overtime. The majority of the shifts are heavy consumers of vape&tobacco products to the point all phone speakers have remnant vape juice& smell on both the work stations and operations room. There was even 1 instance of a company firing an employee when he went on a military deployment, then refused to rehire on the grounds of "downsizing" despite the only employee removed was that service member. Lastly, management does not respect time off. They will actively text every employee if 1 person messed up, regardless of how small or insignificant the matter is.
