pros...you may need nice people who become lifetime friends

Cons

cons..there is a lot of favoritism, you don't move up much and if you do you will only be a supervisor. the pay sucks!

Pros

Move up quickly, flexible. Very difficult to get fired if you do you job correctly and offer to cover shifts. Casual work place, everyone jokes and is usually friendly.

Cons

High turn over rate. Very rarely do Operators or Shift Supervisors stay on the same shift or at the job. Usually resign within 1 to 2 years ( which is why it’s easy to move up in the company)
