CEO - You couldn’t ask for a more stand up guy Management - Very Supportive CO- Workers - Brotherhood Competitive Pay - Exceeds the Competition This Company takes care of you if you work hard and do your job correctly. They will listen if you have any concerns.

Cons

Old Equipment. I understand money doesn’t grow on trees. But it takes money to spend money

Pros

The GM is great. Our shop has undergone a few changes in the last few months, with more changes on the way. All changes are positive, in my opinion. Coworkers are great too.

Cons

It gets old having to train techs who make more per hour than I do. It takes months to get necessary equipment to safely do my job. Hoping that is not going to be an issue going forward. We could use more laptops to go along with the new software we use. You have to spend money to make money, right?
