Pros

Onboarding is world-class. From Day 1, everything is well laid out. The training is top notch and follows a very logical sequence. With previous organizations I've been employed with, the training literally involved giving me a login to the software and telling me to watch Gong calls or go meet with so & so. The Sales Onboarding team really invests time with you to ensure your success. Management really cares about your professional development. The majority of employees I've interacted with have a tenure of 3+ years. I can see why there isn't a lot of turnover here. While everyone is responsible for hitting their numbers, its very much TEAM focused. Culture was my #1 priority when looking to align myself with my next position. I did go through several interviews - 6 in total. This could be considered negative. However, they invest a lot of time to ensure you add to the company culture instead of depleting it.

Cons

Unlimited PTO would be great, as most companies in this space offer that to their employees. First year employees receive 18 days, which is still generous. Interview timeline for candidates could be shortened, so the wait between interviews isn't so long.

Pros

Amazing Culture Management is top tier

Cons

Benefits are good, but kind of weird since it Aetna's network via a third-party company named Allied. When it works, awesome, when it doesn't, it's a pain.
