Pros

Fellow therapists and not much else

Cons

Run dont walk away from this place if you are a PT/SLP/OT. Hazardous workplace with unethical therapy practices. They hire so many new grads for a reason - because they don’t know any better. Case managers are unqualified and will alter clinical documentation without notice or justification. The pay is abysmal considering the work conditions (e.g., daily patient restraints and assaultive behavior, often without additional support staff or while paired/grouped with additional high need patients). Truly a dumpster fire and ripe for litigation
