Pros

If you are new to sales this is a great place to work and learn. Brian and Justin are super helpful and the best managers I think I've ever had. You get the materials you need, the script is super easy to follow and the hours are awesome. I make a great salary and have a lot of time left for the family!

Know what you're getting into

It's decent at first, pay can be good if you hit numbers. Decent work life balance, no overtime. No micromanagement.

Cons

Also a con is no overtime, so if you work more than your scheduled hours you don't get paid. Attitude of "pitch every call" ends up with a burn and turn business that ultimately doesn't help the elderly which they claim to do, it really doesn't help anyone but the business. Pretty regular pay structure changes, at least once a year, resulting in ultimately costing employees more money for hard spent time. Most leads you get sent never go anywhere. No room for upward movement, you're an agent and that's about it.
