      I waited 90 days before posting this review to ensure a well rounded assessment of the divisional leadership. I am so glad I did because I can honestly state this is one of the best places I’ve ever worked! The local team is totally transparent, treats everyone with respect, and wants you and your community to be successful! I’ve worked for two other national builders and this place knows how to treat their employees! Compensation is at or above regional average, little to no micromanaging, and they don’t slow down sales pace by jacking up sales prices after so many sales.

      Cons

      We’re growing so this is totally expected, but the administrative staff is stretched pretty thin.
