Pros

1.Publicly traded builder, great incentive for buyers which helps sales reps sell. 2. Always have inventory to sell. 3. Marketing team promotes communities consistently.

Cons

1. If the location is great, you sell! If it's not, you're stuck selling with partners and less money to be made. 2. Pay isn't great...you have to work 2 to 3 times harder to make good money. 3. Cross-selling can be good or bad. 4. Communication was lacking with the lender (or no Communication at all) & management. 5. Work/Life Balance - Lots of pressure to sell. 6. Micromanaging from management

Pros

I’ve been with them for two years, and I can say it’s the best career move I’ve ever made. The pay is unbeatable! I can’t thank them enough. Business is good!

Cons

Very high standards may scare some people.

Pros

- Century has fairly competitive pay based on the current market. - Work/ life balance is descent - the people on the team are great and make the day to day more enjoyable (most people are team players and willing to help each other out)

Cons

Century Communities as a whole is years behind on their overall employee benefits. Have never taken an employee survey or been asked as an employee to give feedback on how they can make the work place better for the employees. All employees (besides VP level) starts at 15 day PTO, health insurance coverage isn’t great, no option for an HSA (only FSA), maternity/ paternity leave is not ideal. - divisions are losing the ability to make decisions at the divisional level due to more input and process changes from the corporate level
