      Pros

      Successful company with solid business plan in many markets. Strong balance sheet.

      Cons

      Poor Management style that doesn’t provide employees the support to succeed. C-Suite is very smug and egotistic with closed door Management style. Company lacks diversity with 70’s mentality. Easily worst place I’ve ever worked.

      Pay is nice, locations are reasonable.

      Cons

      Poor upper management, and poor planning. No one knows what’s going on half the time. Fly by the seat of their pants. Upper management is under qualified and doesn’t understand the business. This is the Dallas region. I can’t speak on the other areas.
