Bullying managers, intimidation is their way of pushing employees, HIGH turnover from management-down, HR is a 3rd party and does nothing for employees, managers brought in from other states with no knowledge and unwilling to learn about the local area, subcontractors don’t get paid for the work they do, ALL they care about are getting permits so they can release starts to maintain a ‘Top 10 Builder’ status but waste hundreds of thousands of dollars on expired permits, septic permits and renewals. Average longevity for employees: 8-12 months. We have had 4 district managers in 17 months. Unstable environment. ;
