For the most part, managers are very kind and easy to get along with. Decent working environment. Decent pay.

Cons

It’s a bit clicky. If you’re in “the club” you’re golden. If not, you’ll likely not last long. Very corporate and political.

Good money only once you build pipe line months down the road ( which they won’t tell you)

Cons

2 days off a year for holidays, no weekends off, always work even on off days. You get to work in a nice box. Very corporate.
