      bad management = bad company to work for

      lots of opportunities to fail, exciting projects

      Cons

      as mentioned before, failure is always yours, management is quick to blame, has long memories for bad things, poor memories for things in your favor, they are ALWAYS looking to save a buck (literally a dollar), lots of employee turnover

      - challenging projects involving new technology - most employees are really nice and helpful

      Cons

      - leadership not understanding the complexity of the technical environment they created - leadership makes all decisions and does not involve subject matter experts to determine impacts of decisions - the three senior IT leaders criticize everyone thinking everyone outside of their group is lazy
