What I learned working as an assistant manager for CC for 2 years: Leadership is 90% listening and 10% communicating Most people just want to feel heard and appreciated Collaboration hinges on finding the right people for each job and then making sure they respect each other

Cons

Leaving wasn’t an easy decision for me to make, and I can honestly see myself returning in the future.
