      Pros

      I have worked under a lot of different types of management and our management team is impressive. Lots of support and encouragement under a tremendous amount of pressure that comes with the industry in a competitive market. If you can be a team player and willing to get your hands dirty, you will have a very rewarding time here. Very enjoyable if you are a hard worker and have a level head.

      Cons

      Still working out some kinks with SOPs, but this comes with any fast paced environment.

      Pros

      Friendly people. Leadership help. Nice management. No abusive leadership just because you make more and have different title. But same age.

      Cons

      Heavy work non stop for coordinators. Analyst have harder task but some days don’t have much. Coordinators have non stop work. Not balance work load between every position. Lazy people get paid the same and they pass their work to people who are hard working.
