Pros

Employees are treated like adults, with clear expectations of their objectives. Colleagues are supportive and willing to help across different departments, such as construction, warranty, and land teams. The pay and benefits are satisfactory, and the company culture is excellent, with regular team meetings bringing field and office teams together throughout the year.

Cons

For me, it was just a matter of how far I had to travel.

Pros

It's refreshing to be part of a genuine home builder team. Here, individuals are eager to construct homes and expand the company. The workplace is very positive, offers growth prospects, and provides excellent financial rewards. The pay and benefits are nice. They also provide clear paths for advancement.

Cons

A lot of pressure to perform at your best all the time, but occasionally I think that's a good thing.
