      Since day one my manager and colleagues treat me as family and go out of their way to make sure I have all the tools needed to perform all of my daily tasks; I always have the answers when I need them and I'm always included in the decision making for my work unit; the work load is great and constant and the pay is great - this is what is meant by the saying "you never work a day in your life when you love what you do"
