      Pros

      Flexible start times. Just mainly show up by 9am.

      Cons

      No real training or guidance on company or department procedures. You may notice some favoritism. You have to almost fight for training and knowledge or be very assertive and find out answers on your own. Management knows the job inside out but act too busy to break anything down like the process flow.

      Great company to work for as far as leadership goes, they do not micromanage and you have the ability to make great money.

      They do not know how to take care of their agents in the down markets
