      Pros

      If you want to move up in the company, you can, but you can also move horizontally and transfer over to Century Complete if you think it’ll be a better fit. Personally, I want to try them both out before I decide where I want to stay.

      Nothing. I love how much opportunity there is to move around without having to leave the company.
