      This company is Goal Driven. They want to see you reach your goals. Management is always willing to help and provide tools to help you succeed. They want to see you reach all potential professional growth, they are also very family oriented.

      Pros

      Great team of professionals focused on building and delivering beautiful homes. An atmosphere of mutual respect, support, and fun. Consistent track record of financial success. My direct manager is supportive and compassionate and encourages a work-life balance.

      Cons

      Some internal processes are still being developed, but that is understandable for a growing company.

      Pros

      The office I worked in was wonderful. Everyone was hard working, friendly, helpful, and team oriented.

      Cons

      Corporate teams are fragmented and not supportive, possibly not supported by their own management. Company culture is not cohesive. High turnover, salaries on the low end. Medical/dental benefits are basic, and "of Colorado", not specific to each region. No HMO option.
