Decent, quality materials, it's a job, it's slightly better pay than unemployment

Cons

Expect to be compensated well below comparable positions with other companies. A total cluster, disorganized, absurd counterproductive. processes, very crappy construction quality, a "hurry and get the sheetrock up" mentality forcing people to close on incomplete homes, abysmal surveys. I could go on longer but who cares?

Cons

If you work in information technology look some where else this company is dishonest, no integrity, except few most managers are liars. They will say just about anything to get you started. Too many threats and warnings.
