Pros

As far as sales work goes, the training was excellent and set me up nicely for a solid career working in sales for just about any industry.

Cons

I wanted to get more experience in other industries.

Pros

- Potential to make extra money by finding new deals. - Dress code is business casual, with slightly more casual allowed on Fridays - Enjoyable coworkers - Land Acquisition exposes you to most parts of the business, so future job changes within the business can be easy

Cons

- Many projects only get done right before at the deadline, forcing you into staying very late, sometimes multiple times per week. - Remote work is rarely allowed - Project timelines often get pushed multiple times - Land Acquisition is the first on the chopping block when the market looks bad
