      Pros

      Always kept in the loop and never micromanaged. Believes in promotions and pays very well. The bonus structure is a big plus including additional compensation perks. Management in the market is very relaxed and always willing to help out. You actually feel happy coming to work.

      Cons

      Communication amongst some departments could improve to have a better structure for the building aspect. Corporate at times can see things from 1 side.
