Great boss and team. Great pay and bonus. Good benefits. Given autonomy and respect from co-workers. Growing, stable company. Career advancement/opportunities.

Cons

It would be nice if we had more employee recognition within our divisions, and more commutation from executive-level employees.

Fun coworkers. I LOVED Amy coworkers and I imagine that many of them will be lifelong friends.

- No job descriptions - No yearly reviews - No recognition for good work, only bad work - No opportunity for raises or promotions, even if they tell you you'll have one eventually...
