Seems like it has potential but I wouldn't count on it

Pros

IT team is small so there is potential Overtime is occasionally offered but not required Office setting has nice amenities

Cons

IT team is extremely disorganized There are no policies are procedures, everything happens on a whim IT do not communicate with team members If you work too fast, they think you don't do anything You're on site daily without any remote options while management is fully remote. To no surprise, they're unresponsive as well

Management is very engaging and respectful, really wants to help you be the best you can be without being demeaning. No cold calling with very solid leads and a constant stream of work. Great incentives with monthly executive dinners, weekly cash competitions, and larger trips to Vegas. Clear expectations from the beginning
