      layoff came with very little notice

      Pros

      severance package was fair but the rest was poorly handled

      poor exit and layoff a few hours before all email and teams and benefits were closed poor communication by hr and supervisor minimal info given

      Pros

      I would not work here. Management just laid off 30 percent of the work force. There handling of the situation was horrible. The morale is super low and another round of layoffs is coming. I am already looking to leave. No transparency and too much politics.

      No training , no leadership, no work life balance.
