      Pros

      probably one of the best product on the market. It is really easy to promote. Some people are very good in job and relationship.

      Cons

      growing to fast and additional resources are always arriving to late. no anticipation. a few months ago, I would have recommend towork there, now I'm not sure.

      Pros

      Great people to work with, great products- have total faith and confidence of products in the current marketplace.

      Cons

      Only just hitting average salaries for the grade and poor car allowance. Many "restructures" and redundancies over a short period of time. This makes people nervous for their jobs.

      constant lay offs and a lot of changes in leadership, no career advancement opportunities unless you ask for it, feels like a sinking boat.
