      1. C360 is a nice product to work for 2. Java springboot microservices 3. Macbook

      1. Lot of new hires with loss of focus on team collaboration. 2. Everyone works in their own space. Happens more nowadays. 3. Releases are twice in a year (Yes! in 2020) 4. 2 or 3 'experienced' people 'decide' and suppress others who try to improve 5. New process => New SOPs/WIs => leading to too many documents which is a overhead to keep track of. 6. Documentation intensive 7. No fun at work, stressful atmosphere
