My immediate team, opportunity to grow and learn. Good pay for someone right after university.

Cons

Becoming increasingly Americanized with little regard for Swedish work culture , no longer possible to WFH, several big project ongoing at the same time which don't seem to be aligned with each other, mediocre benefits, general discontent and fatigue felt in the air more and more with each passing day.
