      Pros

      I've loved working at Cepheid the past four years. Everyone is very open to teaching, learning, and sharing experiences. I've never been turned away from a request to ask a question or discuss things in more detail. The environment is very collaborative and innovative. I truly feel as if we are working towards making a real difference.

      Difficulty in doing the research/knowing which products to pursue and release quickly.

      employees get to wear several hats, interact with other departments more often and are afforded a 360-degree view of company-wide operations
